Melinda Webber  

Melinda Webber (nee Kelsey) is the owner and creator of Handy Kids Occupational Therapy. She is an enthusiatic therapist who is dedicated to helping children to reach their maximal potential through the therapy that she provides.

  

Melinda graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in both the private and public sectors for several years. Her experience has been in paediatrics where she worked her way to senior therapist prior to commencing her own private practise.

  

She is an active member of the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists. She has presented a research paper at the National Paediatric Occupational Therapy Conference in Bribane in 2003. She has also had an abstract accepted into the 2007 National Allied Health Conference in Tasmania.

  

She has been recognised as a highly successful graduate by the University of Western Sydney who have completed several articles on her for the UWS graduate profiles.

  

Brooke Humphreys

Brooke graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in paediatrics in a not for profit organisation in a community based setting.

  

Brooke has a passion for sensory processing and visual motor integrative therapies. She has been an active participant in contiuing professional development opportunities. She has recently atended a number of courses including Getting Kids in Sync, The Alert Program, Makaton Signing and many more.

  

Lorraine Mitchell

Lorraine has been practicing as a Paediatirc Occupational Therapist since graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy in 2002. Prior to this she gained experience in working with children with Autism for 3 years. 

  

Lorraine has worked in NSW health and a not-for-profit orgnisation for the past 8 years prior to commencing at Handy Kids Occupational Therapy. Her experience has been in Physical Disabilities, Autism, Learning Disabilities and Vision Impairment. 

  

Kim Anderson & Gloria Kelsey

Kim and Gloria provide the valuable administration support at Handy Kids Occupational Therapy. When you contact the clinic, it is highly likely that you will be speaking to either Kim or Gloria.
